We are processing claims as normal and our full customer service team is available to assist you via email or messenger. We’re working through messages as quickly as possible but please bear with us if responses take a little longer than normal.
We are currently seeing increased processing times at HMRC due to staff shortages. We kindly ask you do not chase us for an update on your claim unless it has been 15 weeks since your claim was submitted. Rest assured we will be in touch with you as soon as we have an update for you.
